A full-time REALTOR® since 2005, Julia Shoemaker has built a distinguished reputation as one of Idaho’s leading luxury real estate professionals. An established leader in the Idaho real estate market, Julia brings more than 21 years of experience and is a Lifetime Production Award Recipient of the Boise Regional REALTORS® “Circle of Excellence” program for outstanding performance. Consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the State of Idaho, she has helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals, with career sales exceeding $280 million.
Having lived in the Treasure Valley since 1979, Julia has witnessed Idaho’s transformation firsthand — from a quiet, emerging market to one of the most sought-after destinations in the country. Over the decades, she has successfully navigated both boom and challenging markets, expanding her expertise from assisting distressed homeowners with short sales to earning membership in the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and has received Million Dollar Guild recognition for exceptional performance. Julia is also a Board Certified Land Agent, further strengthening her expertise in acreage, ranch, and development properties.
