Aimee Kane is a trusted real estate professional with The Agency Boise, serving clients across the Treasure Valley and greater Boise area. With over six years of experience, she specializes in residential properties and has expertise in diverse home types including single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums as well as land sales. Known for her client-focused approach and strong market insight, Aimee is committed to delivering a seamless and informed real estate experience from start to finish.
Throughout her career, Aimee has successfully closed 130 transactions totaling $73.8 million in sales. She is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s most important investments with confidence and clarity. “I take pride in helping my clients feel informed and empowered, whether they’re buying their first home or making a major transition,” says Aimee. Her deep connection to the Boise community enables her to navigate the local market with precision and uncover opportunities aligned with her clients’ goals.
Originally from Fillmore, California, Aimee earned her Bachelor of Science in Television, Film, and New Media from San Diego State University. Her professional background includes leadership roles at SDSU, Fox Sports San Diego, and the YMCA in La Jolla, where she managed large teams and helped launch a $21 million facility. These experiences shaped her strengths in communication, organization, and relationship-building, skills she now brings to every transaction.
Aimee moved to Boise in 2018 to start a family and launched her real estate career in 2020, quickly establishing herself in the market. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the City of Trees with her family and giving back through organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and local initiatives like Paint the Town and Rake Up Boise. She believes that “a home is more than just a place to live, it’s a space to build memories and a foundation for future wealth.”
