Mikayla Warren is a real estate agent with The Agency Boise, proudly serving Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley. Known for her strong work ethic, client-focused mindset, and calm approach under pressure, Mikayla is committed to creating a positive, informed experience for every client she serves. “My main priority is building strong relationships and making sure each client feels supported and confident throughout the process,” she shares.
Born and raised in Boise, Mikayla brings valuable local insight into both the housing market and the lifestyle that makes the Treasure Valley such a special place to call home. Her deep community roots allow her to guide clients not only in finding the right property, but also in discovering the neighborhoods, amenities, and opportunities that best fit their needs. She prides herself on delivering high-level customer service, multitasking effectively, and finding thoughtful solutions when challenges arise. “I thrive on problem-solving and enjoy finding quick, innovative ways to help my clients move forward,” Mikayla says.
Mikayla graduated from Centennial High School and earned her Associate’s Degree in Business from the College of Western Idaho. She is currently working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, with plans to complete it in early 2027. Professionally, she brings over six years of experience in the restaurant industry and more than two years as a bank teller—roles that sharpened her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a wide range of situations with confidence and care. That background translates seamlessly into real estate, where making clients feel heard and well taken care of is always her top priority. Inspired by watching her mother build a successful career in real estate, Mikayla was drawn to the industry and the opportunity to help others navigate meaningful life transitions.
Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and keeping up with her favorite TV shows. She also loves attending concerts and traveling, experiences that keep her energized and inspired. Mikayla believes in giving back to her community and supports charitable causes whenever possible.
