Keyara joins The Agency Boise as Managing Broker, adding depth and experience to a powerhouse leadership and support team. With 18 years in the real estate industry, she understands the pace, pressure, and precision required to support a high-achieving brokerage and its agents. She leads with quiet confidence—anticipating needs, aligning moving parts behind the scenes, and ensuring every agent operates with clarity and confidence at the highest level.
Approachable and collaborative, Keyara builds trust through consistency and service. Known for her reliability and dedication, she understands what REALTORS® carry daily and designs systems that help them succeed sustainably. She listens to understand, leads to support, and creates calm where others feel pressure. “Operational excellence isn’t just about production—it’s about creating efficiencies that allow agents to build balanced businesses while supporting a brokerage that gives back to its community,” she says.
A Boise local for more than 30 years, Keyara studied Business Management at Boise State University, grounding her leadership in both strategy and service. Her career began in hospitality, where adaptability and client experience shaped her professional foundation. After earning her real estate license in 2008, she learned the industry from the inside out—serving as a REALTOR®, Office Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Operations, and ultimately Managing Broker after earning her Broker’s license in 2017. For 14 years, she oversaw operations and marketing for a local real estate brokerage before returning to hands-on production support alongside a well respected top producer while prioritizing time with her young family. She knows this business from every angle—and that perspective is power.
Outside the brokerage, Keyara is married to a military veteran and is a proud mother of two active boys. She enjoys time with friends, walks along the Boise River, and the simple joy of filling a Target cart with things no one technically needs—but always enjoys. An amateur flower gardener and floral designer, she shares bouquets from her garden with Ronald McDonald House Charities, reflecting her belief that leadership begins with service—and that service, done well, creates lasting influence.
