With five years of experience in the Treasure Valley real estate market, Tedi specializes in new construction homes, guiding buyers through each phase of the building process with strategic insight and meticulous attention to detail. Her strong understanding of local market trends, builders, and community growth positions her clients for long-term value and a seamless transaction experience.
Having personally relocated to Idaho, Tedi brings firsthand relocation expertise to her clients, offering both practical guidance and meaningful local insight. From neighborhood knowledge to trusted recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and fitness studios, she ensures her clients feel connected from day one. “I love when everything aligns and everyone feels genuinely happy at the end of a transaction,” says Tedi. “There’s nothing more special than watching buyers walk into a home and just know it’s the one—it truly feels meant to be.”
Originally from Springfield, Missouri, Tedi studied Elementary Education and Global Studies before beginning her career as a teacher in Los Angeles. Her background in education allows her to skillfully coach first-time homebuyers and confidently navigate diverse personalities and situations. Inspired by mentorship from top-producing agents in Los Angeles, she saw how real estate can create lasting opportunity and build an exceptional life—an impact she is now passionate about delivering for her own clients.
Outside of real estate, Tedi prioritizes wellness and community. She enjoys yoga, time with her dog Sol, and walks along the Boise River Greenbelt with a cup of coffee. She regularly pursues continued education, attends wellness retreats, and hosts her own gatherings focused on growth and balance. She is especially drawn to initiatives that support women and children, reflecting the heart-centered approach she brings to both her life and her business.
