The Agency Boise Announces 2025 Top Producers & Culture Award Winners

On Thursday, January 29th, The Agency Boise came together at El Gaucho in beautiful downtown Boise to celebrate an incredible year of achievements, growth and fun. 2025 was a year that truly showcased the talent, dedication, and drive of our agents—helping clients reach their real estate goals while setting new benchmarks for our brokerage. From record-breaking sales to memorable team adventures, it was a year we won’t soon forget.

Some of the highlights from 2025 include:

  • 34.8% year-over-year increase in sales for the brokerage

  • Ranked #20 out of 511 local brokerages for volume

  • Our agents outperformed the average IMLS agent by 38% in volume

  • Average sales price of over $743,000—$200,000 higher than the IMLS average

  • 50% decrease in parking tickets (big win for us!)

  • Enjoyed our 2nd annual rafting trip, making memories outside the office

  • Kerri & Jess’s Sweet Ola listing garnered over 385,000 views on social media with a viral reel, produced by Aric Higdon

  • Bryce Miller won BRR’s 2026 Rookie of the Year award

  • And, most importantly, helping our clients move forward with their real estate goals

At The Agency, we live by a set of rules, and we're incredibly proud of our agents and the culture we've built. In 2026, we were thrilled to introduce winners of our new Culture Awards.
