Taylor Edwards is a real estate professional with The Agency Boise, bringing a fresh perspective and a deep-rooted understanding of the Treasure Valley to her clients. Taylor’s foundation in construction and building materials spans over four years, with much of her expertise shaped by her upbringing in a family of builders. Taylor has translated that lifelong experience into a dynamic career in real estate, serving buyers and sellers across the Treasure Valley and McCall area.

A proud Idaho native, Taylor offers specialized insight into some of the area’s most sought-after communities. “My deep knowledge of the various cities in the valley, paired with my professional background in millwork and lumber, gives my clients a unique edge when navigating the market, especially when it comes to new construction homes,” says Taylor. Her time at Builders FirstSource provided an in-depth understanding of the materials and craftsmanship that go into every home, allowing her to guide clients with confidence through each stage of the buying or building process.

Taylor grew up in Eagle, Idaho, and graduated from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Her early career in hospitality honed her client-first mindset, while her experience in the building materials sector sharpened her technical knowledge of home construction. With an eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a lifetime immersed in residential development, Taylor is well-equipped to help clients make confident, informed decisions in today’s competitive market.

Outside of real estate, Taylor lives life to the fullest. She enjoys spending time with her two energetic Pomeranians, exploring new beauty trends, and escaping to Lucky Peak on warm weekends for sun-soaked afternoons and wake surfing. As one of six siblings, she treasures time with her large, close-knit family and loves making memories with her many nieces and nephews. A passionate traveler and active community member, Taylor also participates in Boise’s annual Light the Night Walk in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, helping raise funds for a cause close to her heart.
