Her father, a REALTOR® with over 47 years of experience and the Owner/Manager of Corcoran Icon Realty (formerly Ventura Barnett Properties), instilled in her a deep understanding of the industry and the meaning of “home.” After earning a B.S. degree from San Diego State University, Nicole gained invaluable experience in product promotions, multimedia design, sales strategy, and nationwide event coordination.

In 2002, Nicole returned to Silicon Valley and launched her career in real estate, serving buyers, sellers, and investors with unwavering dedication. In 2021, she and her family relocated to Star, Idaho, where she now works as a real estate agent with The Agency Boise, serving the Treasure Valley.
